During his professional career, Sergiusz has been involved in a number of audit engagements serving both small and large customers including private and publicly listed entities. His professional experience includes also a number of financial due diligence projects (buy-side as well as vendor initiated) for both corporate and private equity clients representing various industries. He was also involved in a number of transaction related projects including valuations, financial modelling, share purchase agreement reviews and transaction completion procedures.
Privately he loves sports, in particular football and skiing – Sergiusz is still an active football player competing in so called ‘Serie A’. He is also a fan of astronomy, as well as sci-fi and fantasy books and movies.
