- During his work he was involved in engagements relating to corporate income tax and VAT in connection with accounting aspects of mergers and acquisitions, and other types of restructurings. Experienced in taxes in special economic zones.
- His professional experience includes also a number of financial due diligence projects (buy-side as well as vendor initiated) for clients representing various industries (including: e-commerce, finance, real estate, construction companies).
- Michał was also engaged in audits of large companies and capital groups, including entities listed on Warsaw Stock Exchange, operating in various industries and reporting in Polish, international, and specific group accounting standards.
- Author of publications relating to tax law.
- Privately, Michał is a fan of biking and car travels. With his car he travelled almost all over the coast of Mediterranean Sea. He feels his best in Provence. He is sure he will return there on numerous occasions, also because of his passion for French cuisine.
