Katarzyna completed a lot of trainings regarding financial analysis, financial modelling, valuations and M&A. She graduated from Warsaw School of Economics (faculties: Finance and Banking, Economics). She is also a student of Postgraduate Study Academy of Financial Controlling in Capital Groups at Warsaw School of Economics
In CSWP responsible mainly for valuations and financial analyses as well as financial advisory in M&A projects.
During her professional career Katarzyna was engaged in various projects, including financial modelling and reviews of financial models, valuations for the purpose of M&A transactions as well as for IAS and IFRS purposes (including: impairment tests, valuation of intangible assets such as trademarks, customer relations etc., purchase price allocation), preparation of market analyses and complex advisory in M&A projects (including: preparation of information memoranda and data rooms, identification and selection of investment targets or strategic investors). She loves to train younger colleagues and share her knowledge with them.
Katarzyna was involved in providing services for both Polish and foreign companies from various industries, inter alia, developers, pharmaceuticals, retail, transport, energy, building and construction, IT and banks.
Privately, Katarzyna loves to spend time with her family preferably in the bosom of nature. She admires mountain tracking. She lovely spends time with her children on working in garden, baking cakes or doing some craftworks. She constantly seeks to widen her knowledge from miscellaneous areas. She likes classical and rock music as well as good criminal and non-fiction books. She believes that „nothing is impossible”.
