Joanna Stadnik

She started working at CSWP in July 2022 as an HR and Payroll Specialist.
She is a graduate of the Silesian University of Technology in Gliwice, majoring in Management with a specialization in Human Resources Management.
In 2021, she completed the HR and Remuneration Specialist course organized by Association of Accountants in Poland.
She gained her experience in a company supporting automotive industry, where she was responsible for full HR and payroll services, and one of her main tasks was to optimize the costs of employing Polish and international staff. She also participated in soft HR projects, conducting recruitment for lower and higher level positions.
At CSWP, he participates in projects related to HR and payroll services for international companies and in the implementation of HR systems and tools. It also provides support in contacts with ZUS, Tax Office and PIP.
